You can upload custom font or can select amongst the google font provided.

Custom Font Family: Enter custom font family name.
Enter the relevant files "Custom Font.woff, Custom Font.woff2, Custom Font.ttf, Custom Font.svg, Custom Font.eot"

To Select amongst the given google fonts:
Select Body Font Family: Affects font type for page content.
Select Headings Font Family: Affects font type for headings on the page.
Main Menu Font Size: Affects font size for main menu.
Breadcrumbs Font Size: Affects font size for Breadcrumbs.
Heading Font Size H1: Affects font size of text set to H1.
Heading Font Size H2: Affects font size of text set to H2.
Heading Font Size H3: Affects font size of text set to H3.
Heading Font Size H4: Affects font size of text set to H4.
Heading Font Size H5: Affects font size of text set to H5.
Heading Font Size H6: Affects font size of text set to H6.
Page Title Font Size: Affects font size of page title.
